Yeah because most of the population is narcissistic, that's just the way humans are. Like because of all I've been through because of stuttering when I've come across other handicapped ppl I feel alot of empathy for them bc I know how much pain they might be in dealing with it everyday. But in my experience with younger people no they don't specifically care that you stutter but they do care enough to embarrass you about it to take the focus off they're own insecurities...like bullies in school for example I've realized over the years are usually very mentally weak & damaged ppl. Because a solid person wouldn't feel the need to cause a stutterer or any person pain to boost they're self esteem. Also people may not care your stuttering but they may care & get mad if they're in a rush & they deem you wasting they're time. They're usually selfish assholes tho obviously if they would to that to somebody with a speech impediment.
