maybe you can try out different exercises: if you don't stutter when you are speaking alone, try this exercise: 1. speak to your mother, while visualizing you are alone (start with eyes closed) you can also try: 1. speak alone out loud from a book, while visualizing you are speaking to someone (you usually feel anxiety with and stutter with). Then switch visualizing between A) being alone and B) being with someone you can try: observing all the triggers that lead to a stutter anticipation. Observe, don't react to them while not doing compulsion to become tolerant against the anxiety or discomfort ​ YOu can try: replacing fight or flight feeling (which you normally interpret as 'I will stutter') with a happy feeling: automatic and natural speaking
