This is my fourth year. I started Early Intervention this year and was in the schools previously. The biggest thing I dread with these settings is IEP meetings and parent phone calls...but honestly the more you do it the easier it becomes. I only worked with adults in grad school but I never really had a bad experience related to stuttering—I’m just a kid person :) The joy I get out of my job is greater than the stress I have about my speech.
