Have you tried singing it? Or saying it in a sing song tone? I stutter hard-core with my own name. I get the repeating letters and the block thing at the beginning of my name. The only thing that helps me with my name is slightly singing it. Or I will add a soft "a" to the beginning of a word. So I will say "I'm a-Lily", seems to help me. Most people just look a little confused for a seconds before just deciding they don't care. And its important enough info that its worth looking a little silly to be able to get the info across effectively.
