Exactly. And that's never going to happen right? The world will never just instantly change and everyone will stutter. What it really comes down to is feeling safe to express your authentic self. There's so much fear connected to stuttering, that your body will hide, and repress and hold back (causing you to stutter more and be more in your head). Also with the comparison to "fluent" people, more shame and guilt and embarrassment will arise. The first step in my journey to overcome my stutter, undoubtedly started with changing that relationship, I just talked about
