Benzodiazepines And Stuttering I am 18 rn, i read a-lot about medications specially controlled ones,but i dont have a degree rn on psychology so take what i say with a grain of salt. I am tampering rn off benzos but im suffering sadly i've been taking benzos since i was 13 prescribed Ativan for MDD. but it was for my stutter, it helped but tolerance bulit up real quick, before i started tampering, i used to take 12mg clonazepam daily, i live in a country were alcohol is banned btw so benzos and CNS depressing were new to me. now im on Valium and sadly it isn't helping. my life isn't the best sadly but i won't victimize myself cause i don't want sympathy i just want to share my experience and you make your own conclusion, but its really hard and hash has been fake rn either its soap bar, or filled w wax. thc used to help with tampering. I've been suffering every day and my mother keeps on telling me that i buy shit when in reality i blocked all plugs sadly and not much where i live. But honestly benzos helped at first, but the withdrawals aren't worth it imo. I hate sharing shit but honestly i would feel gulity if any stutterer/person start and shit. i feel like im going to die young honestly, i've been having seizures from the withdrawals and the fact that i took shit at a young age i feel like my body developed and is dependent on benzos mostly. I relapsed a week ago, but its cause of some dumb shit. I hope atleast one person doesn't fall into the trap of benzos. (Xanax, Klonopin/ Rosh,Valium) Cause i cut everything off and it was doable but the benzos are killing me honestly i feel like im gonna relapse pretty soon sadly. I love all 🦇🕊🦇
