That’s a great idea for your son! I’m in my early twenties and belong to a wicked small group. We go out for hikes and what not. It’s a great way to meet people too. We don’t have a name really, but we kind of refer to each other as broken records all the time. I always thought it was funny. Good luck with all of that though! Sounds like fun! Encourage your son to talk to a speech therapist too if he isn’t already! That’s really helped me along the way!
