I tend to notice things about my self like I’ll tap on my leg or move my hand or arm around. A while back I also started way “um” a lot like A LOT. It made it feel worse for me than it already does. Strangely, saying “um” stopped after a few weeks. I’ll also notice myself speaking more fluently when I’m speaking to myself. Another thing, I had a presentation a while back and felt so awful and nervous about doing it. When it was finally over, I felt a nice feeling I don’t feel very often. Then, a few weeks later I had a presentation in a different class, and barely stuttered. Why I felt so nervous about the 1st presentation and not the 2nd is beyond me. Thank you for sharing
