what helps me is to build confidence and especially self-acceptance. it can feel like the stutter has the complete control over you. not only with the way you speak but also of the way you think. even if I'm not confident enough, thinking about it and how I can make myself more positive and how to view myself as more positive helped me already. I think stuttering has a lot to do with thoughts and our minds. if you try to build your confidence it will definitely help your stutter, even if only a little bit, better than no progress at all :) confidence will also benefit in your everyday life so there is nothing to loose! but the other advices were also really good to try out. in combination it can really narrow your stutter and of those who might read your thread and the comments! good luck trying everything out
