Hopefully it went better than you think, we tend to be very tough on ourselves. Employers also assume that people will be nervous on the phone and the interview will be clunky. If appropriate, maybe you could follow up? One of my friends (who doesn’t stutter) got an interview for a great job. She got so flustered she ended the interview after a few minutes and walked out. I also had a classmate (also, doesn’t stutter) pass out during a presentation. EMTs were called and she was brought out of the room on a stretcher. I bring this up only to point out that things like this can happen to anybody, not just those of us who stutter. and... much respect for wanting to do such a job. I once had to quit a job because it involved making announcements on a store intercom. I feel somewhat ill just thinking about it.
