Yeah stutter can recover simultaneously but it can relapse as well because it is 'cyclical'. My stutter has also happened to recover a lot and even if I stutter the other sides will misinterpret it as normal dysfluency so I can even claim my stutter was already 'cured', and I don't need to make a head-up anymore, though I can still feel the differences between my speaking process and others'.
