Do you remember which strategies helped with your stutter as a child? Deep breathing? Stretchy speech? Light articulatory touch? Etc. Keeping a journal of what causes your stuttering (who you talked to, what the context was, any emotions you felt) could be helpful in identifying the triggers. Identifying and reminding yourself which strategies you used (if any) could be helpful as well. I'm an SLP (fluency is not my specialty, and especially not fluency with second languages) but I could recommend some additional strategies if you'd like.
