Ik it's doesn't make you weird but the way people look at you when you just stop mid sentences, maybe your face freezes or you make a weird face, they definitely see you as weird xD I'll have to try that though, as I also experience blocks. I don't have ADHD but who knows it might help. May I ask what kind of fidget are you using?
