First of all I never said that stutter is affected just by emotions, but emotions do play a big role on how we speak. For example why do stutterers talk better when they are alone than with other people huh... LSD is not a random drug at all, you seem pretty unfamiliar with it. There has been done a lot of research around this substance and it was used for treatments and such in the 60s with great success, but got classified illegal fairly fast after people kept misusing it. Nowadays many researchers are reopening research on LSD and are trying to push the government to legalize it because of many successful experiments and the positive results it brings if used in controlled way. And funnily enough there is less research on Ecopipam which is classified as experimental drug, but you think it is alright to take it just because it is legal.
