Can I get some kind of income help because of my stutter?

Can I get some kind of income help because of my stutter? Hey, my names Bri! I'm 28 and never have had any kind of government help besides foodstamps for a few months. I've had jobs in the past but they never last long due to severe anxiety and sometimes it gets exhausting or hard to get through the day because I've only ever worked fast food and had to talk to customers. I dropped out of high-school in the 10th grade because of bullying and was severely depressed that I guess I just didn't care anymore, when I was 22 I earned my GED though. I'm just trying to see what my options are because i don't have a car, never had my drivers license so I can't doordash, uber or lyft and I'm currently staying in a motel that I can't afford anymore and don't want to become homeless again because I have no incoming income. Am I able to get on disability because of my stutter or am I able to get any kind of help? I'm so lost with all of this
