yes! i am a bona fide, real-deal stutterer, and i make about 120k/year as a research scientist. people are very professional when i stutter and just act as if it's normal. i have to give a lot of presentations and talk with people all the time. i basically worry on my content more than my fluency now a days. i can't say that i'll get to a managerial level due to my stutter, but i'm really happy with the job at this point. ​ hang in there. :-) i think other people on this sub will have similar stories.
