Thanks, that’s an interesting thought. The word he was trying to say after “what” was the word “was” so he was trying to say “what was that” but got stuck repeating the “what” over and over. I will definitely reach out to someone who specializes in stuttering in my area - and I completely agree that those we have worked with in the past have not seemed trained in that area.
