If you're in the US, go to one of [these meetings](http://www.westutter.org/find-nsa-meeting-near/). Or listen to [this podcast](http://stuttertalk.com/). Or figure out which of your friends you're more fluent with and talk to them about it and hold yourself accountable to being proactive about doing stuff about it. All things that have helped me dig myself out of the pit you're in. It's a slow process but you're already on your way.
