Stutter caused by tight muscles I've found that whenever Im stuttering or feel like i'm about tto stutter, I'm most likely tight in any or all of these places: Jaw Neck Traps Chest Lower stomach (kinda near the bladder?) Butthole (yup) Sometimes I can catch myself before I speak and if it's just one thing I notice is tight I can loosen that muscle and the stutter usually goes away. But sometimes there will be these awkward pauses in conversation cz I'm trying to unclench and people thinking I've thinking for too long lol. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or any suggestions on how I can learn to loosen up. Thanks guys.
