My stutter got worse in 2020. I use to do plays and acting and it was really hard to accept that I may never get to do those things again. I have chosen to still try. Someone in this sub told me that there is space in this world for people like us that stutter and he really inspired me. I won't give up, I'll try my best to speak even if it sounds fcked up. Who cares about friends? What r your wildness dreams? Your hopes? This is your reality so center yourself more and decenter others. You can make likeminded friends along the way.  Tips n Tricks 1. Find out what you like 2. Create an escape plan and move out of your parents house; your mental health will improve trust. 3. Find a job to fund your dreams( if you have any) 4. Find your tribe( whether online or in person. You can post your talents maybe!) 5. Realize you're gonna die anyways why rush it. It will happen no matter what.  6. Take up spirituality. I find tarot very comforting. Maybe try watching readers on youtube to get an introduction.  7. Get into fitness. If we can't talk good atleast we look good💪 8. Look up to someone who stutters. Many actors were stutterers and even famous singers!  9. Realize there are other ways to communicate; I did asl in the past and it was super fun. Start a blog! Or write articles. Given your post I'm assuming your very articulate.  10. Realize God had to nerf some of us because we would be too powerful otherwise. We are the 1%! And if you're a woman you're the .25%! I have more tips but I don't wanna push it.  I use to be supperrrr  depressed in the yrs 2020-2022. Things have gotten a little bit better. Point being depression may seem like it'll last forever but change is inevitable. The wheel of fortune in tarot talks about a change of fate. It can happen anytime. By changing your habits or even things like appearance or hobbies you can create your own opportunities instead of dwelling on past events. I try not to think "What if" bcz it really does nothing for my current state. Instead put the past in te past and "keep moving forward!" Like in Meet the Robinsons(love this movie🫦) His life was super depressing he had no family or friends but he invested in a talent and became a genius scientist.  Oh last advice would be to try and heal your inner child! Thats a good one. Watching old cartoons and reliving your happy memories.  Please think about all the things you could do. It's obvious the universe wanted you here for a reason or youd be dead long ago. No matter your decision, know that their is a life worth living. If you wanna know more about my tips or just things I do to calm me down lmk! 💞peace and love star child✨️
