Awareness is the key. You have to start becoming aware of when you’re overthinking, or when you’re stressed out about other people judging you. Do not put any positive or negative connotation to it, just be aware. Also becoming aware means you take on the role of the observer, whose only job is to observe, not to react. Your emotions might be that of anger, fear, happiness, frustration, etc. but YOU are not your emotions… the real you is simply an observer, even if it’s your own emotions that you’re observing. Like everything else in life this needs consistent practice to make it a habit. It took me about a year to get it down
