any doctors here who stutter?

any doctors here who stutter? Hey, I am a 3rd year medical student about to start rotations. I stutter pretty " well" and consider my stutter moderate-severe . for lack of a better way of saying it I am about to throw my hard work down the drain. I simply feel like I cannot do this shit anymore. I wanna leave medicine due to my stutter even though I know I will never forgive myself for it . if there are any physicians her with any experience overcoming this thing during rotations I would appreciate hearing from you. thanks
