Trying out B1, magnesium, L-theanine, and ashwagandha Hey everyone, About four days ago, I started taking vitamin B1 and magnesium (glycinate). I noticed a slight change, but nothing particularly helpful so far. I understand it's still early to judge, as the full effects of B1 and magnesium (glycinate) typically take about two weeks to show. I'm now adding two more supplements to the stack: L-theanine and ashwagandha. Here’s my updated daily stack: B1: 100mg × 4 Magnesium (glycinate): 200mg × 2 L-theanine: 250mg Ashwagandha: 500mg If I start noticing any meaningful improvements, I’ll definitely share an update. And even if nothing changes, I’ll still follow up in about two weeks to a month to let you all know how it went. Stay tuned — I’ll keep you posted either way.
