Honestly, I just went with the flow like I knew I was stuttering so I tried to control it a bit but I didn’t let it disrupt my flow. As soon as you start focusing on your stutter, you become more anxious so I just decided to ignore it for the most part. Not sure if this is the best advice but it worked for me.
