Look, he might have had a stutter at some point in his life, but its time to wake up and smell the roses. The man very obviously has diminished mental capacity. He cant speak or form coherent sentences. The countless videos that show this have no signs of a stutter. I think its disgusting that his people are trying to pass it off as a stutter.
