Your 3rd point is similar to me. For example, when a family member comes up to me and wants to talk, here’s the conversation: - Member: Hi! - Me: Hi! - Member: How are you? - Me: Good, how are you? - Member: Great. How’s school? Up to that point, I am completely fluent. Everything there is process that’s repeated for everyone, so I don’t have to think about how to respond. But as soon as a different subject comes up, the stuttering flares up.
