Oh yeah. All the time. I can start a sentence, let it play in my head as I say it, knowing exactly where the block will come (hard to explain, but I can feel it. It's often not even the same words), and I spend the rest of the time it takes to come to that word in the sentence to try to think of a different word and replace it - or find a way to restructure the sentence completely. It's exhausting.
