I hate rehearsing lines, I think this makes it harder. More opportunity for anticipation. I always start with “by the way guys, I have stutter so this might be rough, haha(big smile).” People will always judge you for stuttering, but I feel if I own it it’s a lot more funny than embarrassing. Just smile and laugh, that’s my motto
