All right I'm about to run out right now so this will be really quick, but honestly watch the Dr. Maguire podcast on Ecopipam and go talk to a psychiatrist. I know it's meds and you don't like meds but it's helped me considerably so take it or leave it. Do something about it or just continue on as you are, your choice.
