How to remember to use techniques So I've heard it somewhere I don't remember that when you learn to ride a bicycle you are conscious about it every moment while riding it. Like when you take a turn, you are consciously telling to yourself that pull right hand and push left hand to turn right. But when you get expert at riding, you don't stay conscious all the time, you just automatically seem to turn the bicycle. Similarly, talking about techniques to speak fluently, while learning to speak fluently we need to stay conscious every moment while speaking and slowly slowly, you don't need to stay conscious all the time. I somewhat agree with this analogy and it greatly works for me. But the problem with me is, I remember that I need to use the techniques (like speak slow and take a deep breath) when I already started speaking, and suddenly changing the pace, I've no idea idk why I just can't do it, so I need to speak slowly from the beginning of the sentence everytime. So my original question, how to remember 24*7 or stay conscious about using techniques? Like writing somewhere such that you see it frequently or something else? What do you guys do when you apply your techniques 24*7 ?
