I think my teacher penalized me for having a stutter.

I think my teacher penalized me for having a stutter. Over the few years, my stuttering has gone worse and I transfered to a different school for 10th grade. I've never had this teacher and he's a hard grader. We had to do a poetry assignment and present it in front of the class. My stutter isn't bad but when I do stutter I get really embarassed, so I asked my teacher the day before I had to present, if I could do it with just him and a few friends as an audience and explained my stutter makes it really difficult for me to talk in front of a class. My presentation is done, I thought I killed it, he calls me over and says "Your presentation had 0 creativity, you had no emotion in your voice and had 0 eye contact." (For the record, you were able to add music in the background and such) I was aiming for not stuttering, and being confident, not having emotions in my voice or eye contact. I set my personal goals and thought I did pretty well. And instead of him understanding that I cannot control my stutter, he says "you're a shy student, right?" and I replied with "No." (I participate a lot in that class). And I tried to explain to him my stutter didn't come from shyness and I simply could not control it well. He replied with "You don't think other kids are afraid of presenting in front of the whole class?" (I'm not afraid of presenting, I simply just don't like my stutter!) He did not understand and gave me a 0 on the creativity rubric. Im quite confused because the day before he was very understanding and supportive about my stutter?
