I've felt like my stutter has become a lot more milder as I've gone through uni (I'm a fifth year just graduated now) Some things that really helped me were doing a tonne of interviews for internships and jobs, both video interviews and face to face. The first few were daunting, and some of them I stuttered really bad, but through practice and doing so many interviews made me a lot more confident. Another thing was working. I was a private maths tutor in my first few uni years, then I did two internships over the last two summers. This again made me step up and improve my confidence One other thing that helped me was learning a new language. Im currently learning arabic. I stutter so much in it but I think the challenge of learning arabic makes me more fluent in English Btw I'm from Sydney too
