Learned at a young age that it would go away when I got older, I'm 33 now haha it stuck with me! Good thing too, I appreciate the stutter alot now, girls think it's cute and that's given me confidence to just be me. My stutter isn't as bad as when I was younger, some major blocks and repetitions here and there, mainly in situations where I need to ask for something or I get nervous, nothing too bad. Work wise it's about frustrating,.but if your looking for something to help with the confidence of the stutter, try retail or being a cashier. I worked at subway for 2 years, worked with customers and cash register, the constant conversations with customers help with confidence and will help your stutter not be as bad, in my experience at least Exposing yourself to what makes you stutter is the key to getting through it. Good luck to you! 😁
