Do you consider stuttering a disability?

Do you consider stuttering a disability? Long time stutterer here, been stuttering for my (m19) whole life. I never fully defined it as a disability, however, but when applying for internships and jobs the disability section got me thinking about it. What do people consider their stutter as? What do you put down on job apps? On a side note, I usually disclose to interviewers first that I have a stutter. Has this negatively impacted any outcomes?
