I’m so sorry to hear that man. I definitely know how much it sucks when you know exactly what you want to say but it just won’t come out. I don’t know if this helps but a lot of times I will change the wording of what I am saying so that I will stutter less. To be fair I am not an expert or anything, just a fellow stutterer, but If you just want to talk I’m here too man :)
