I’m 26 and and recently I was just like you. I Always had a mild stutter but recently it’s so bad that I have to ask my wife for help in a drive thru. Stress and anxiety is what’s affecting me for sure. This is easier said than done but like the other comment said, don’t focus too much on your stutter while talking. That’s what would bring me down because I kept thinking about the words I would stutter on while having a conversation and it just made things worse. Try to find your mental peace. And calm yourself down before a conversation. Again it’s easier said that done but just relax. Your stutter won’t go away but you’ll manage it better.
