It's never easy for us, we all know that. I get depressed too from time to time, but as I get older I learned how to live with it. Small things that boost my confidence can have a huge impact on my overall well being: getting outdoors, find a girlfriend/boyfriend that cares, work out, get a pet, lose bad habits, commit to a healthy hobby, read, talk more during your more-fluent days and eventually your confidence levels improve. These things will add up to make you a happier person. I know this sounds like bullshit, but it helped me. There were days when I hated my life because of my stutter, but I kept telling myself it's not that bad - keep grinding. Weirdly, it gets better. I wish you the best. Keep your head up, don't stay down for too long. Keep fighting.
