Hm, perhaps that therapy setup wasn't working for you. When this corona stuff blows over, you could try again, but without the online version. It's good to talk to those around you. Talking helps. But also, stutter varies over time, so it might just be "ordinary" variance you're experiencing. It might also be that you're not used to the level of stutter severity that's currently there, and that might be a factor on its own. So perhaps a question: Are you able to communicate the things you wish to communicate, even with the stutter? Or do you shut down/give up? Do you avoid speaking, or do you keep going?
