In my book stuttering is involuntary disfluency in speech that occurs as repetitions, blocks or "buzzes" (for lack of better term; the way you get stuck on a S or V sound for example). I suppose body tension is at play, too, but I haven't viewed it as a, um, primary marker if you will. Anyway, not that I want to delve deeper in this.
