My heartbeat starts increasing when I am in a class and I have to speak to the class.I stammer at the start of the sentence/words the word takes forever to come out, and because of that it caused me so many problems like in a ticket counter where they ask which station and my word gets stuck in my mouth and they shout "say fast" and people around me judges me. I don't know how to get rid of stammer
