Looking back when my stammer was more persisting, I would say, yes, I had the same problem. From my experience I would say It has something to do with letting go control over what we say. The more freedom I give to my speech the more easier It seems for me to find words to describe something. It is like I let the words come by themselves. I just look and when I see a word that is appropriate I sorta grab It and use it and then let it go. Actually I have a feeling that letting go of our attachments to speaking perfectly, speaking fluently, speaking so that others understand us, speaking so that others like us, speaking so that others accept us, speaking so that we don't stammer, is the only reasonable thing we as people who have this problem can do. Letting go of these unreasonable wantings of speaking perfectly and not doing anything 'bad' in front of other people. That said we can't let go by wanting to let go. So what can we do? All we can do is to take a step in the right direction. What is right and wrong we all have to find out for ourselves.
