I'm physically disabled as well. I feel like you're only thinking of complete paraplegics. There are many disabilities that leave you bound in a wheelchair a lot of the time, but you're able to walk around sometimes. Often, physical therapy and medical treatment can improve mobility in those cases. And obviously, some days it's harder to walk than other times. Multiple sclerosis is an example of this, which my cousin has. Stuttering is also not always treatable which you should know.
