I'm on a couple of meds and do have some anxiety emergency meds on hand, so I was thinking I ought to try them out. The anxiety just makes it so so much worse. I can struggle on the phone and get through it if I'm returning a call but answering the phone is the issue. Then answering it when in the presence of other people... 🤮
