I was in therapy and they taught me to accept the stuttering that I had, accept that it was a part of me and that it did not define me as a person and it really worked for me to this day, of course I still stutter but with more confidence hehe, I think You can treat stuttering using techniques, I know some but sometimes I am too lazy to use them in a conversation, maybe later I will want to work on my stuttering but for the moment I feel that I am fine and that I should work on things beyond stuttering, Remember guys that stuttering is not everything, it influences your tone of voice, what you say, etc. many more things that I would like to learn :)
