I can understand that it is upsetting and frustrating, but please do not get physical and abusive with people You’re upset now, but you’ll be a hell of a lot more upset when you hit someone and either lose your job, lose a valued relationship (platonic or romantic) or get a criminal record I’m sorry it’s tough for you right now, but please don’t physically lash out. It will cause you more harm than good in both the long and short run
