I'm Spanish, I'm 24, and I've been struggling with stuttering since I was 5/6. French particularly presents a huge trouble for me when I try to speak in it. My tongue just won't move and my chin will only stay rigid, unable to properly move. Same thing happens to me in English, foreign languages are far more difficult when it comes to stuttering anxiety. I wort (ironically) at a call center and, God, I get so nervous whenever I get a call in English. My mouth overall won't fucking move, it's exasperating, but then if I'm alone I'll recite whatever you want in English and I won't stutter not even once, it's exasperating.
