Good advice would learn body hacking. Learn how ur body works and what u feel right before u stutter. Most of us can feel it. You gotta stop doing the same things when struggling to get a word out cause it's reinforcing those pathways in your brain. Next time it happens ur brain will do the same thing. So just try different sounds, put a word infront of the word ur struggling with so you can slide into the sounds of the words wirltho putting too much emphasis on one letter. For me it's S and N. Hate words with those letters. But if u throw it in a phrase it won't halt me. You gotta get comfortable in your own skin and learn to speak without thinking about the word first. You might say dumb stuff while learning to speak freely but it's okay. Just tell ur friends you can't let urself think too much about ur words so something random might come out at times. Then it becomes second nature to just talk to people. Even with the occasional stammer
