It's not something to learn. But I think it's more like returning to normal. Almost like you have to 'unlearn' stuttering. I know what am saying is not what most believe in but I stick by it. It's like going back to default. People who speak normally, just do. No thinking or worrying. The fact that we can speak to ourselves without stuttering is a mysterious thing to me. Think of it like reaching a mind state where speaking is almost involuntary. No prior worrying, or thoughts.......a flow. If u worry about x or y method will only work I don't believe it's true. I would say speaking more in public, to the public really helps. Reach a point where you start speaking so frequently and with lower counts of stuttering, that the subconscious thought of stuttering leaves you. I think public speaking is a great way. You have to get the realization that you can speak normally and it doesn't need any special technique, it should feel like walking. I am sorry if I am super unclear. I am trying to explain the feeling which leads to change. I know I sound super sus, but I am trying. All I will say is, the first thing to getting over it is, realizing you arent 'broken' or that you do not have to manage it. You can, like most people speak completely normally.
