But as for myself I can often say the exact same word I was trying to say out of context clear enough. Like this: 1. Hello, I s-s-s-s-ss (trying to say stutter) 2. I can't stay stutter right, sorry let me try again. Where the first bullet is he first sentence I can't complete and the second bullet is a second sentence of me explaining how I can't say the first sentence right. I don't have any precise tips but I just wanted you to know you aren't alone as weird as it feels to stutter on a particular word and then not stutter on the exact word.
