Stutters don’t fully go away, and you can find examples of Biden stuttering throughout the years (or substituting words, or saying “nevermind” and changing subjects, etc.) It always bothers me when he refers to his stutter as “cured” because it’s demonstrably untrue and contributes to misconceptions about our condition.
